Supporting a digital payments business

Paytm’s wallet services required customer verification across dispersed locations. The assignment connected field activity with the processing and storage of KYC records.

Project overview

SoftAge supported Paytm’s wallet-upgrade initiative through its Pehchaan solution, linking field collection with scanning, data entry and document warehousing.

The challenge

Reaching customers across dispersed locations required coordinated appointments, verification equipment and careful handling of both paper and digital records.

How SoftAge approached it

  1. 01

    Coordinate collection

Pehchaan organized requirements by pin code and assigned customer appointments.

  2. 02

    Verify and capture

Field executives collected and verified KYC documents; scanned records supported data entry.

  3. 03

    Manage the records

Physical forms were stored in SoftAge warehouses alongside the digital processing workflow.

From appointments to processed records

Pehchaan grouped requirements by pin code and helped assign visits. Collection, verification, scanning and data entry formed a connected process, supported by warehousing for the original forms.
